Terms & Conditions

By ordering, means you had accept my T&C stated

• Goods sold are not exchangeable and refundable
• I would not be liable for any mistakes made by the seller, lost of mails and damaged items
• No changes/cancellation of orders after orders are confirmed
• No negotiation of price
• No Payment = No Order
• No swaps
• Payment deadlines will be strictly followed. Any unpaid orders by the deadline will be VOID.
  
• Please be warned that sometimes the merchants will not inform me that items have gone OOS and i will only find out when the parcel reaches me. Though this is unpreventable by me , i will try my best not to let this happen .
  
• There will be a refund if the item you have ordered is OOS.
• Pre-orders/Sprees usually takes 1 to 3 months to arrive due to re-stocking. JOIN ONLY IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE IN WAITING
• Sprees will NOT be canceled if response is bad. I will still proceed to order at my own loss.
• *A-Pretty-Place reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions and privileges without prior notice.
